It may be, that for time, financial or other reasons it is not possible for me to act as a certified mediator to resolve your conflict. Therefore, I offer you Prompt Mediation as an alternative.

Within a very short period of time, a communication service designed specifically for resolving conflicts will be set up for you.

With the help of this service, you can then conduct a mediation with two or more participants, led by a sensitive, intelligent, professional and successful mediator. You will almost never notice that this mediator is not a human, but a robot with artificial intelligence.

Decades of mediation experience and recent advances in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence (such as GPT / ChatGPT) have been incorporated into the service. Your data is protected.

For this new service, a patent has been registered.

• You do not have to wait until a traditional mediator (i.e. a human) has time for you and can meet with you for appointments. Instead, you can start the Prompt Mediation very shortly after your request and decide yourself when and where it will be carried out.
• A large geographical distance between two or more conflicting parties can be bridged through Prompt Mediation without the need for travel.
• Prompt Mediation is a completely new development and can, in rare individual cases, lead to technical error messages. These will then be resolved by me (certified mediator Tobias Walke).
